What a striking photo. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you … hard to go wrong with warm autumn sunlight and glorious yellow plants!
Lovely autumn shades – that gingko is stunning!
It’s been a good year for colour, albeit multi-staged. I was in London last weekend in a place where ginkgo has been used as the street tree. This avenue ran up a slope (so that you could see them nearly all at once) and they looked splendid!
I would have enjoyed seeing that!
I wish we had ginko trees; they’re so beautiful in every season. And you’re right about the tithoina: very striking.
Thanks Linda. About 5 years ago they planted ginkgo trees all down the street where my parents live, so I went from hearing about ‘the fossil tree’ to seeing first hand how lovely they are.
Cor – the yellow against the blue sky!
I know … it burns!
What a fabulous blue sky with the Gingko.
