Fab photos!
Thanks Sam.
I love to see these bumble bees when they are dusted with gold. In truth it is more valuable than gold, where would we be without it?
Yes indeed and I am more than happy to make sure that I plant things that they will use early in the season. The bees look like they are having fun running round inside the goblets, which makes me feel happy too.
Fabulous images! It’s wonderful to see such a range of bees out and about again.
Thanks Kate. Yeay, it’s definitely spring now !
Gorgeous images and thank goodness for bees.
Thanks. It is wonderful to hear them again, a background of happy buzzing as you garden!
Great photos, you must have been camped out in the crocuses!
Definitely didn’t do as much weeding as I should have!
All amazing. The second shot belongs in a frame. (or on the front of a biology text) What lens did you use? WOW.
Thanks so much. The pictures were all taken with my little digital compact Canon IXUS. I use the macro setting, but I have also set the autofocus frame to a tight central circle.
Oh my, such fabulous shots! My heart sings when I see bees covered with pollen. Well done!
Thanks Tina. Mine too.
Gorgeous Pictures!
Thank you!
That first shot is a winner ~ they’re all bee-lightful! 😉
It’s like the universe is overlaying their furry bodies!
Happy bees 🙂
Beautiful shots.
Thanks Liz
These are fantastic photographs! I love crocuses!
Many thanks. Me too … and they spread and pop up everywhere after a few years, so they are real winners!
